Senior Director - Head of EMEA Brand Retail Stores

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Travel required across the EMEA region.

What you will do

• Lead the commercial performance of the EMEA retail business across approximately 80 stores.
• Translate global and regional strategies into executable market plans.
• Improve productivity, operational efficiency, consumer engagement, and cost management.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and investment prioritisation.
• Strengthen store standards, processes, controls, and performance measures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Excellence, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, People, and Digital teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed, multi-site retail operations.
• Track record of delivering sustained sales growth, profitability, and productivity improvements.
• Experience managing complex retail performance measures and their impact on profit and loss.
• Experience directing organisational transformation or large-scale change programmes.
• Experience building and developing senior leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Fluent English and the ability to translate performance data, market insights, and consumer trends into commercial decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in complex global, regional, and cross-functional retail organisations.
• Additional European language skills.
