Full-Stack Developer (TypeScript/React)

Location: On-site at the Milton office in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Full-time role with a 9-day fortnight.

A robotics and software company developing autonomous drone, LiDAR mapping, and data analytics solutions for mining, infrastructure, surveying, and mapping.

What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable full-stack solutions across the software stack.
• Create APIs and user interfaces with TypeScript and React.
• Develop cloud computing workflows for processing, colourising, filtering, and visualising LiDAR point cloud data.
• Design complex end-to-end system solutions and document significant technical features.
• Improve architecture, tooling, engineering efficiency, and software delivery processes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript and React, including their ecosystems.
• Demonstrated full-stack development experience with successful projects.
• Experience with AWS, serverless technologies, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, contribute to product requirements, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python and C++.
• Knowledge of geospatial concepts and data formats.
• Experience with distributed systems, processing workflows, or processing tools.
• Experience with UI test frameworks.
• Knowledge of identity and access control systems and standards.
