Fullstack Software Engineer (JavaScript)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Build backend and frontend architectures using NestJS and Next.js.
• Manage relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in Agile planning, delivery, and retrospectives.
• Write technical specifications for AI coding agents, then direct, review, and test their output.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Extensive experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests and working with Git.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and specification-driven development.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or another cloud platform.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as Buildkite.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices-based systems.
