IT Project Manager, CTO's Operating Partner (AI)

Location: Remote - Argentina. Availability during US business hours and after-hours availability on short notice is required.

What you will do

• Maintain a single source of truth for IT, Security, and Product initiatives, including owners, dates, status, risks, and decisions.
• Run the Technology operating cadence, including leadership agendas, meeting notes, action tracking, executive reporting, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate vendors, procurement follow-ups, contract renewals, hiring logistics, documentation, and cross-department requests.
• Drive follow-through by tracking commitments, surfacing blockers, escalating with recommendations, and closing the loop with stakeholders.
• Use AI technologies and hirify.global’s Nova ecosystem to improve and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, chief of staff, or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology leader.
• Experience running multi-workstream programs in a work-management tool.
• Advanced spoken and written English at C1 level or higher.
• Availability during US business hours and for after-hours requests on short notice.
• Comfort with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, procurement workflows, and executive reporting.
• Technical literacy sufficient to track IT, security, and software initiatives and ask effective questions.

Nice to have

• Experience running business operations with modern agentic tools such as Grok Bot or Claude Cowork.
