Product Manager (AI)

Location: Austin, TX; hybrid on-site with up to 20% travel. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required.

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and market positioning for autonomous orchestration solutions.
• Work with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to identify requirements and translate them into product features.
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize development and deliver integrated hardware, firmware, and software products.
• Lead cross-functional product development from initial concept through customer deployment and integration.
• Conduct market and competitive research, develop go-to-market strategies, and support business development.
• Gather user feedback and manage product launches to improve products and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience leading integrated hardware-software products and end-to-end systems spanning hardware, firmware, and software.
• Strong understanding of software, firmware, and hardware interactions in production systems.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder product initiatives.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance, including compliance with U.S. export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• Military, government, defense industry, DoD, or intelligence community experience.
• Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, AI/ML, technical product management, or product marketing.
• Existing security clearance.
