Product Supply NPI Professional (Procurement)

Location: Onsite five days a week in Irving, Texas, United States; additional location in Peoria, Illinois, United States. Required travel is up to 10%. No relocation assistance is offered.

Salary: $97,530–$146,290 per year.

What you will do

• Lead supply chain activities for New Product Introduction programs and support successful product launches.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Procurement, Operations, and suppliers to execute product and supply chain strategies.
• Manage sourcing, supplier selection, supplier readiness, tooling, packaging investments, and launch-related procurement expenditures.
• Develop and monitor cost, quality, inventory, delivery, and response-time targets while identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Participate in S&OP and cross-functional program reviews, communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure supply chain systems, processes, and capabilities support the transition from development to production.

• Ability to manage multiple programs and projects and follow them through to closure.
• Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, New Product Development, Lean Manufacturing, and engineering bill of materials.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, WebPD, Item Scout, NPI Process, and process mapping tools.
• Experience leading internal teams, suppliers, and customers toward effective solutions.
• Experience developing and maintaining KPIs for an NPI Supply Chain team.
