MineStar Performance Engineer (Mining Technology)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; on-site five days a week. The role includes approximately 25–50% travel to hirify.global offices and remote mine locations. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for MineStar Fleet and Command for Hauling customer performance.
• Lead site assessments, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance tool implementations.
• Apply methodologies to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control MineStar application performance.
• Coach and mentor hirify.global teams, dealers, and mining customers on operational best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and operational excellence across mine sites.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve mining technology offerings.

Requirements

• Experience in surface mining operations, including conventional or autonomous operations.
• Knowledge of MineStar Fleet, Command for Hauling, mining technology systems, or heavy mining equipment.
• Understanding of operational excellence, mining processes, and performance improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work across data analysis, coding, validation, documentation, coaching, and project management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, change-management, and customer-influencing skills.
• Visa sponsorship and international assignment transfers are not available.

Nice to have

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related data or operations discipline.
• Professional Engineer registration or eligibility to register.
• Knowledge of French or Spanish.
