I&C Inside Sales Specialist

Location: McKinney Corporate Office / McKinney - Encore, Texas, United States. The role requires working from the office.

What you will do

• Partner with sales agents and inside sales teams to handle customer requests promptly and accurately.
• Manage order additions, changes, cancellations, quotations, and final quality checks before production.
• Track orders through production, manufacturing, shipping, and delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve in-transit and delivery challenges.
• Provide responsive customer service and clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop product knowledge covering electrical industry products, specifications, and customer applications.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, logistics, or customer service management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, supply chain, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Ability to build customer relationships and support sales operations.
• Ability to learn product specifications, customer use cases, and industry terminology.
• Solutions-oriented approach, accountability, adaptability, and a collaborative team mindset.
