Salary: $56,936.66–$82,809.99 annual base salary or hourly base pay range; compensation type: exception hourly

What you will do

• Engage phone customers, understand their needs, and provide prompt solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service accounts and support revenue growth.
• Identify sales opportunities, related products, add-ons, promotions, and new product needs.
• Maintain knowledge of the product portfolio and communicate technical value propositions.
• Resolve order and product issues while following company policies and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage quotes and orders accurately to support timely fulfillment and delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service in challenging situations.
• Availability to work on-site five days per week in Chesapeake, Virginia.
