Specialist-Inside Sales

Location: On-site in Chesapeake, Virginia, 5 days per week

Salary: $56,936.66–$82,809.99 annual base salary range

What you will do

• Engage phone customers, understand their needs, and provide prompt solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue.
• Identify sales opportunities, related products, add-ons, and product promotions.
• Maintain current knowledge of the product portfolio and use technical knowledge to communicate customer value.
• Resolve parts and equipment issues while following company policies and protecting customer satisfaction.
• Manage quotes and orders accurately to support timely fulfillment and delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience building customer relationships and maintaining professional service in challenging situations.
