Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue & GTM FP&A (SaaS)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $111,800–$167,600 USD for Zone 1 locations and $104,500–$156,700 USD for Zone 2 US locations, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Partner with GMs and C-level executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to support growth and strategic decisions.
• Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive reporting.
• Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks for long-term growth.
• Guide and mentor junior team members while building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Align revenue strategies across functions and drive execution against business priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis.
• Experience influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present insights to a C-suite audience.
• Ability to build scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter mindset with ownership, bias for action, and focus on measurable impact.
