Loan Support Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; in-office. Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What you will do

• Execute varied transactions and processes within hirify.global's credit card booking organization.
• Process and reconcile moderately complex transactions in line with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate communications, documents, and action items with internal and external business partners.
• Identify, research, and escalate transaction exceptions and workflow issues.
• Review transactions and documentation for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and service-level requirements.

Requirements

• Work onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically, 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, regulatory compliance, due diligence, risk mitigation, and capital management.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
