Special Loans Specialist II (Mortgage)

What you will do

• Process special-loan and core non-default functions in accordance with established service-level agreements.
• Handle disbursements, escrow analysis, ARM adjustments, credit corrections, and exception reports.
• Research and analyze consumer accounts to respond to inquiries and resolve complex requests.
• Manage specialized regulatory and investor requirements, including internal escalations.
• Assist with policy, procedure, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong business mathematics skills.
• Financial services experience required; mortgage industry experience is preferred.
