Therapeutic Strategy Lead (Oncology)

Location: Remote role associated with Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom, and additional locations in Serbia, Portugal, Hungary, Greece, Spain, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Denmark, and Romania.

What you will do

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic and operational delivery strategies during RFP and bid defense cycles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and other functions to build feasible, differentiated proposals.
• Translate sold project strategies into effective delivery plans for project and program teams.
• Guide and mentor Project Leaders and support customer, bid defense, and internal stakeholder meetings.
• Use internal and external data to assess therapeutic, operational, market, and competitive factors.
• Identify quality issues, support corrective and preventive actions, and ensure budgets meet business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences and relevant global clinical research experience at director level.
• Hands-on operational delivery or drug development experience in oncology.
• Deep knowledge of the biopharma industry, clinical trial delivery, regulatory requirements, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, influencing, customer management, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and good command of written and spoken English required.
• Prior experience in the Clinical Research Organization industry and strong MS Office skills.
