What you will do

• Develop the biostatistics and data management strategy for the clinical development pipeline.
• Provide statistical guidance on study design, analysis, clinical development plans, and regulatory submissions.
• Build, recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing clinical biostatistics team, including biostatisticians and programmers.
• Oversee statistical analysis plans, clinical trial protocols, data management processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical development, regulatory, medical affairs, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive innovative methodologies, technologies, and best practices in biostatistics and data management.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical biostatistics, including significant small molecule drug development experience.
• Experience building and leading clinical biostatistics teams across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Deep knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH regulatory requirements and clinical trial submissions.
• Strong programming skills in SAS, R, or similar statistical software, plus familiarity with EDC systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills.
