WI - Commercial Credit Analyst III

Location: Hybrid role in Windsor, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $92,000–$108,000.60 annually plus a 15% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Analyze credit risk for new and existing business members and prepare loan approval recommendations for commercial loans ranging from $1 million to $30 million.
• Prepare financial spreads, global cash flow analyses, repayment assessments, and detailed credit presentations.
• Evaluate borrowers, guarantors, collateral, management capability, industry position, competitors, and project risks.
• Collaborate with commercial lenders on loan structures, recommend improvements, and support Business Loan Review Committee meetings.
• Monitor problem loans, future repayment risk, portfolio health, policy compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise, participate in organizational initiatives, and mentor Commercial Credit Analysts I and II.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial credit analysis or related underwriting or lending experience with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with financial spreading and analysis software; experience with nCino is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate debt service coverage, guarantor strength, collateral value, sensitivity, and industry or market risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, and member relationship skills.
• Bondable status required and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.
