Senior Private Credit Operations Analyst (Private Credit)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with office work four days per week and remote work one day per week.

Base salary: USD 90,000–180,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Support loan administration and operational activities across private credit and real estate strategies, including private placements, growth lending, commercial real estate debt, and specialty finance.
• Coordinate deal closings, transaction activity, settlements, trade booking, lifecycle events, corporate actions, collateral and covenant monitoring, and final dispositions.
• Oversee external service providers and maintain accurate asset, security, and transaction records across internal and third-party platforms.
• Analyze credit and note purchase agreements to identify operational requirements, monitor investment guidelines, and support pre- and post-trade compliance.
• Resolve cash, position, and security master reconciliation discrepancies and support ratings, financial statement tracking, and operational reporting.
• Develop and document processes, controls, data workflows, and technology integrations in collaboration with investment, legal, compliance, tax, fund services, and technology teams.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of private credit and real estate investments.
• Experience reviewing private loan documents, including credit agreements and amendments, and supporting private investment settlements and international money movement.
• Understanding of private credit and real estate fund concepts across private placements, direct and venture lending, commercial real estate lending, and specialty lending.
• Experience with relevant platforms such as IVP, Sentry-PM, Allvue, IHS Markit WSO/ClearPar, CBRE, Citus, Midland, KeyBanc, and Geneva.
• Technical skills with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel macros, and AI, combined with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
