Training Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday–Thursday and work from home on Fridays.

Salary: $20–$24 per hour.

What you will do

• Direct facility trainers day to day and ensure trainer readiness and coverage.
• Execute training programs consistently and identify facility training needs with the Training Supervisor.
• Update training programs, documents, instructions, labels, and location-specific materials.
• Coordinate staffing agency relationships, contingent-worker orders, workforce releases, and do-not-return tracking.
• Track contingent-worker headcount against the manpower plan and maintain audit-ready training records.
• Prepare paperwork and support accurate, timely facility operations.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.
• Strong written, reading, oral communication, data entry, and report interpretation skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work accurately, and attend work regularly and on time.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn various computer programs.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred; certified clamp truck operator qualification is required.
