SBU Product Line Management (Semiconductor)

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Own service product line management, product controls, gross margin management, and service product development processes.
• Manage the service product portfolio through customer engagement, high-value opportunity collection, technical requirements, and ROI analysis.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement programs focused on technical improvement, reliability, commonality, and option reduction.
• Own regional service customer sites and implement service roadmaps, including cost-of-service management and alternative cost reduction.
• Coordinate product strategies, pricing, spare-part levels, restricted orders, and roadmap alignment across intercompany groups.
• Collect customer high-volume manufacturing roadmaps and challenges while supporting operations, engineering, sales, marketing, and business development.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in the relevant discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Experience leading projects with significant risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills for unique, complex problems with broad business impact.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Availability to work from the United States location listed and travel 10% of the time.
