Program Manager, Executive Programs & Corporate Strategy (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ; candidates must be based in Phoenix or the San Francisco Bay Area, or be willing to relocate. Travel to operating hubs and international market launches may be required.

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to identify strategic risks, develop initiatives, and manage the executive operating cadence.
• Prepare Board of Directors materials, advisory board content, executive reviews, town halls, strategic memos, and briefing documents.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, market launches, RFI and RFP responses, commercial agreements, regulatory coordination, and organizational design.
• Build financial models for unit economics, international expansion, validation operations, partnerships, capital structures, and fleet financing.
• Manage fundraising and capital transaction workstreams, including investor data rooms, due diligence, compliance mapping, and investment decisions.
• Design scalable operating programs, including AI enablement, automated reporting, workflow optimization, and executive-track hiring processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations, or another highly analytical and operational environment.
• MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent experience in a high-growth, technical, or quantitative environment.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including unit economics, capital plans, and market entry models.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and completing high-stakes cross-functional programs.
• Strong written communication, narrative design, and executive presentation skills, with experience preparing board-level materials.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, mobility, ride-hailing, or fleet management.
• Foundational employee experience at a venture-backed scale-up.
• Experience with venture fundraising, debt facilities, M&A diligence, international expansion, or cross-border commercial and regulatory programs.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and modern operations software.
