NSEC Project Manager (National Security)

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom; flexible hybrid working and job share applications will be considered.

Salary: £37,694–£46,049 per annum, depending on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Manage, facilitate and enhance the growth of the Network of Security & Excellence.
• Coordinate work packages, tasks and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Define key deliverables, deadlines and ongoing activities supporting long-term funding, advocacy and network outcomes.
• Work with leaders from the SALIENT research hub and ACE to coordinate programme delivery.
• Engage stakeholders across UK Government, academia and industry.
• Support collaboration addressing national security and resilience challenges.

Requirements

• Experience and capability relevant to project and network management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work packages, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to engage effectively with government, academic and industry stakeholders.
• Must be capable of achieving at least Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS); further security clearance may be required.
