Location: Hybrid role based in Hartlepool, United Kingdom; candidates must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain the Operational Excellence Framework across Entitlement Services.
- Lead quality assurance, continuous improvement, performance governance, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Analyse operational data, customer feedback, quality outcomes, and performance trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Present evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders and facilitate governance forums focused on quality, performance, risk, and improvement.
- Coach managers, support change adoption, and promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead Quality Assurance and Service Improvement teams, including performance management, resource planning, recruitment, and capability development.
Requirements
- Significant experience in operational management, quality assurance, service improvement, or business performance.
- Experience leading quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of performance management, operational governance, and service excellence.
- Experience interpreting complex operational data and translating insight into improvement activity.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, project planning, and organisational skills.
- Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK is required; documentary evidence will be requested.
Nice to have
- Experience in Revenues, Benefits, Entitlement Services, or Local Government services.
