What you will do

• Co-lead equity rounds from Series B onward, including investor targeting, process management, term sheet negotiation, and closing.
• Build and manage a unified investor and partnership pipeline across venture, growth, private equity, sovereign, family office, and corporate investors.
• Shape the equity story, investor materials, data room, financial model narrative, and diligence responses with the CFO and CEO.
• Structure non-dilutive and hybrid capital, including strategic investments, venture debt, equipment and fleet financing, and customer-funded capacity.
• Originate, structure, and close alliances with industrial OEMs, logistics operators, compute and AI platforms, and supply-chain partners.
• Report pipeline, forecasts, and deal status to the CFO, CBO, and board while managing executive-level partner relationships after signing.

Requirements

• 4+ years as an investor at a leading venture or growth firm in a Principal, Partner, or equivalent role.
• A track record of leading or co-leading fundraising from venture capital, private equity or growth equity, and strategic or corporate investors.
• Senior-level relationships with industrial OEMs, automotive and manufacturing groups, logistics operators, semiconductor and compute companies, or their corporate venture arms.
• Hands-on experience negotiating term sheets, strategic investments, joint ventures, or commercial agreements with capital attached.
• 12+ years across investing, corporate development, investment banking, startup finance, or business leadership, with strong financial modeling, valuation, and cap table expertise.
• Active relationships with growth, crossover, and sovereign investors in the US and Europe.

Nice to have

• Operating experience at a hardware, robotics, autonomy, or industrial AI company after Series B.
• IPO preparation, crossover rounds, or US–UK corporate restructuring experience.
• Experience with venture debt, asset or fleet financing, government grants, or defence and industrial programmes.
• Relationships with Gulf, Asian, or European sovereign and strategic investors; MBA, CFA, or equivalent.
