Head of Real Estate Fund Finance & Operations

What you will do

• Lead global Fund Finance, Operations, and Portfolio Analysis teams, setting a shared vision, objectives, accountability model, and high-performance culture.
• Design and implement an integrated operating model that supports Product and Investment teams, investor requirements, business growth, and scalable service delivery.
• Represent Real Estate Operations with clients, investors, prospective investors, auditors, service providers, and other senior stakeholders.
• Own operational P&L performance, resource planning, cost efficiency, revenue growth, and delivery of strategic operating priorities.
• Chair the Operations Committee and Real Estate Valuation Technical Working Group, contribute to Audit Committees, and support governance and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Strengthen controls, risk management, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, continuous improvement, automation, and portfolio analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in real estate fund finance and operations within a regulated environment.
• Experience developing client operations propositions, investor-facing services, and operating models across global, matrixed teams.
• Knowledge of governance, controls, operational risk management, and real estate valuation governance.
• Experience chairing senior governance forums and contributing as an Audit Committee member or Board director, or equivalent credibility and judgement.
• Proven ability to professionalise operational teams, lead change, redesign processes, improve efficiency, and develop future leaders.
• A professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Investment Management, or Real Estate, plus degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
