VP, Cybersecurity Technology Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, New York, US; hybrid work model

Salary: $143,000–$181,000 base salary per year; eligible for a discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Support the Wholesale Bankhirify.global CISO with cybersecurity, technology, resilience, governance, high-privilege access, and change-management priorities.
• Coordinate security initiatives across technology, business, risk, legal, compliance, audit, and global security teams.
• Prepare management updates coverhirify.global progress, risks, decisions, priorities, regulatory requirements, and remediation.
• Assess and govern the secure use of Frontier AI and agentic AI solutions, includhirify.global security controls and emerghirify.global technology risks.
• Coordinate ransomware readiness and cyber recovery activities, includhirify.global scenario testhirify.global, tabletop exercises, service dependencies, and lessons learned.
• Support cyber risk assessments, audits, regulatory reviews, security architecture reviews, and control improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineerhirify.global, information systems, risk management, business, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology, cyber resilience, security governance, or technical program management within a complex enterprise.
• Expertise in enterprise cybersecurity or technology programs involvhirify.global global stakeholders, technical teams, risk functions, auditors, or regulators.
• Strong knowledge of AI security, ransomware resilience, cyber recovery, security architecture, Red/Blue team practices, and modern security technologies.
• Experience translathirify.global technical and risk matters into roadmaps, executive decisions, measurable outcomes, and managed dependencies.
• Experience in a highly regulated financial services environment and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or PMP are preferred.
