Corporate Planning & Management – Global Procurement – Strategic Supplier Management, Vice President

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary contact and escalation point.
• Identify and accelerate contractual value opportunities involving performance improvement, innovation, risk reduction, sustainability, and service quality.
• Establish and assess supplier performance and risk metrics, including contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare reporting on supplier performance, risks, and value creation initiatives for senior leadership.
• Lead vendor meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve issues.
• Identify operational efficiencies, automate manual processes, and monitor supplier capabilities and competitive trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, or supplier relationship management, with a focus on strategic suppliers.
• Experience managing complex, high-value supplier relationships and delivering measurable value through cost savings, innovation, risk reduction, or service improvement.
• Strong relationship management, stakeholder influence, project and program management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and business acumen skills.
• Proficiency with SRM software, e-procurement platforms, and data analytics tools.
