Procurement Manager (Computer Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for the Platform Procurement Mechanical team.
• Build multi-year category strategies and negotiate high-value supplier and service contracts.
• Manage purchase orders, requisitions, procurement reporting, budgets, spend analytics, and cost-reduction targets.
• Assess supplier risks, manage supplier performance, and develop mitigation and supplier development plans.
• Enforce procurement policies, regulatory standards, documentation requirements, and audit processes.
• Lead cross-functional procurement projects and mentor junior procurement staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of direct procurement or supply chain experience in computer OEM/ODM manufacturing or server system solutions.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with procurement strategy, market analysis, cost reduction, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
