Group Lead, Procurement

Location: On site in New Berlin, Wisconsin, United States; 20% domestic and international travel. Candidates must already have US work authorization and hold a valid US driver's license and US passport.

What you will do

• Lead procurement and logistics strategies focused on supplier cost, quality, reliability, and delivery.
• Align local procurement activities with division strategy and implement improvement programs.
• Manage SAP Ariba usage for supplier information and sourcing from high-performing suppliers.
• Track procurement activities, budgets, spending, and savings forecasts.
• Ensure material availability, planned inventory levels, and consistent supply chain practices across manufacturing lines.
• Improve material movement and logistics methods while meeting customer delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, planning, or operational excellence, preferably in electronics or with EMS suppliers.
• Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring, or formal training experience.
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills with suppliers, engineers, and customer service.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Celonis, and business intelligence tools.
• Existing US work authorization, a valid US driver's license, and a US passport are required.
