Corporate Accounting Manager (AI)

Base salary: $112,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end month-end close, including the close calendar, dependencies, ownership, sign-off, and progress toward a four-business-day close.
• Lead the offshore accounting team and review close tasks, reconciliations, and recurring accounting work.
• Maintain the quality of GAAP financial statements through flux analysis and balance sheet reconciliation standards.
• Design accounting automation and AI agents for reconciliations, flux commentary, journal entries, anomaly detection, and close tracking.
• Own payroll accounting in Rippling, equity processes in Carta, and financial reporting dashboards in Sigma.
• Partner with Data Science on the Snowflake finance data warehouse and lead audit readiness, controls, documentation, and auditor requests.

Requirements

• Experience running month-end close at a scaling SaaS, payments, or technology company, with knowledge of US GAAP, accruals, and multi-entity accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• Experience leading offshore or distributed accounting teams across time zones.
• Experience building automation with LLMs or agentic workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, data completeness, audit trails, and technical accounting research.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake or a similar data warehouse, plus NetSuite, payroll, spend management, BI, and cap table platforms.
