Graduate Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Boston, Miami, New York, or remote from eligible countries; most days must be spent in the Milan office during the first few months, after which work may be performed from an office or remotely from approved countries.

Salary: Typically $164,852 annually in the United States; exceptional candidates may receive $209,694–$425,639 annually, depending on location and expected impact.

What you will do

• Build and evolve software systems used by millions, taking ownership from idea through production.
• Integrate AI tools into design, implementation, testing, and documentation workflows.
• Work across diverse technology stacks, including Python, Rust, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, REST, monoliths, and microservices.
• Improve architectures, pipelines, and codebases to make systems simpler, more scalable, and easier to maintain.
