What you will do

• Support product requirement definition, feature analysis, product testing, and usability validation.
• Translate customer problems and operational needs into clear engineering inputs.
• Assist with system deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in customer environments.
• Support solution design, technical validation, demos, proof-of-concepts, and project coordination.
• Participate in hardware setup, system testing, and system validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, including Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience.
• Strong interest in engineering, technology, and the products being built.
• Comfort working with ambiguous problem statements and changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn quickly, accept feedback, and adapt across different roles.
• Clear communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
