What you will do

• Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations.
• Oversee and guide operational activities to support cycle time, throughput, prototype success, and shipment targets.
• Support automated assembly tools used in manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate assumptions, constraints, and units per hour for capacity modeling tools.
• Drive manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security programs.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in semiconductor process operations and manufacturing support.
• Ability to work with automated assembly tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of capacity modeling, operational constraints, and production metrics.
• Commitment to safety and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
