Location: Singapore; work on 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
• Establish standard operating procedures and FMEA documentation for related processes.
• Evaluate product development requirements for processing compatibility, costs, and schedules.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities with process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process performance.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in an electronic production environment, preferably wafer fabrication.
• Basic equipment and process knowledge with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Knowledge of SPC and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
