What you will do

• Deliver financial wellness solutions, employee orientations, education seminars, and benefits programs for commercial and corporate banking clients.
• Acquire and deepen client relationships through proactive lead generation, appointments, referrals, onboarding, and ongoing servicing.
• Manage and grow a client portfolio using banking tools and resources to maximize business results.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners, facilitate referrals, and ensure follow-up.
• Deliver presentations and create customer experiences at events in external locations.
• Influence marketing and communication plans using workforce knowledge, surveys, utilization reports, and other data.

Requirements

• Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent education.
• Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience; equivalent education, certifications, or military experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer experience management, digital awareness, selling, and understanding customer needs.
• Skills in client relationship building, negotiation, new business development, community development, and managing multiple priorities.
• Must meet applicable background-check requirements under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
