Growth Marketing Strategist – Discoverability (SEO/AEO)

What you will do

• Lead technical SEO and AI search initiatives for enterprise clients, including crawlability, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, structured data, and AI crawler accessibility.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and crawl analysis covering rendering, index hygiene, CDN behavior, robots.txt, llms.txt, and JavaScript-rendered content.
• Lead website migrations and replatforming projects, owning page retention, consolidation, retirement, and redirect strategies through launch.
• Own AEO, GEO, and AI search visibility initiatives across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Build repeatable, composable SEO workflows and identify where automation and human judgment should be applied.
• Present findings to enterprise stakeholders, support pre-sales and RFPs, and collaborate on scaling the SEO and AI search practice.

Requirements

• Deep enterprise technical SEO experience with multi-domain websites, sub-brands, regional variants, log files, and CDN behavior.
• Hands-on AEO, GEO, and AI search experience, including the ability to explain the approach clearly.
• Experience completing at least one major website replatform or consolidation through launch, including ownership of the redirect strategy.
• Ability to conduct keyword, business-context, competitor, content, and cannibalization research independently.
• Daily experience using AI tools, with the judgment to validate AI-generated outputs, plus strong client-facing communication skills.
• Remote work with IST anchoring and required overlap with US Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Agency or consulting experience.
• Content cannibalization architecture, Drupal or enterprise CMS experience, and multilingual or multimarket SEO.
• CRO, analytics, and scripting skills for processing large crawl exports.
