TL;DR
Senior QA Automation Engineer (E-commerce): Designing and implementing scalable automated testing solutions for digital commerce and payments platforms with an accent on UI, API, performance, and regression testing. Focus on integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, testing microservices and cloud platforms, and improving quality coverage through new tools and technologies.
Location: Remote within Europe; candidates located in Ukraine are not considered

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and similar tools.
- Create and execute automated UI, API, performance, and regression tests.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality across the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze test results, manage defects, and report on test coverage.
- Evaluate and introduce tools and technologies that improve QA efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong coding skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Postman.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, and initiative-taking skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, digital payments, or fintech.
- Knowledge of security and compliance testing, including PCI-DSS.
- Experience with JMeter or Gatling.
- ISTQB or similar certification.
