What you will do

• Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach development teams on Scrum and Agile practices, self-organisation, accountability, and value delivery.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, stakeholders, and external development teams to align sprint goals and delivery.
• Identify dependencies, remove impediments, and support realistic sprint commitments through capacity discussions.
• Monitor velocity, burn-down, cycle time, risks, and delivery trends to improve predictability.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve communication, quality, or delivery issues with partner teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Practical experience facilitating Scrum events and supporting backlog management.
• Experience coaching teams in Agile principles and enabling self-organising behaviours.
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar backlog-management tools.
• Experience collaborating with external development partners; CSM, PSM I, or equivalent certification is preferred.
