Senior Project Manager (Digital)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Scope and deliver end-to-end creative digital experiences, products, services, and brand campaigns.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including onboarding, motivation, setup, resource allocation, and mentoring.
• Manage agile planning, project documentation, roadmaps, Statements of Work, risks, issues, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate brand and marketing clients, suppliers, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, burn rates, forecasts, margins, reconciliations, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
• Experience leading complex, end-to-end integrated and digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Expertise in project documentation, stakeholder management, resource forecasting, revenue forecasting, and financial metrics.
• Exceptional client-facing, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, and Microsoft Office.
