Data Analyst with Interoperability (Healthcare)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; various locations in the US. Hybrid work with onsite and remote responsibilities.

What you will do

• Analyze, profile, and validate source and target data across clinical, claims, member, and provider systems.
• Support interoperable healthcare data exchange across complex data environments.
• Define and maintain source-to-target mappings and transformation rules for healthcare data standards.
• Work with integration engineers, clinical subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to develop data and interface specifications.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of healthcare data analysis experience, including healthcare interoperability.
• Knowledge of FHIR, CCDA, HL7 v2, X12 EDI, and related interoperability frameworks.
• Strong business analysis and data analysis experience.
• Expertise writing and optimizing complex SQL queries across large datasets.
• Experience with Databricks, Teradata, Snowflake, AWS Athena, or similar analytical platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
