Senior Manager in Insurance

Location: Antwerp, Belgium; responsibilities also involve working from the hirify.global office in Brussels

What you will do

• Lead and personally deliver consulting missions and projects for insurance-sector clients.
• Follow up and steer the work of other consultants while ensuring service quality.
• Develop hirify.global’s insurance market share in Belgium and support business development in the Netherlands when needed.
• Prospect clients, write and defend proposals, and manage customer relationships.
• Analyze insurance-market trends, business-model changes, innovations, and emerging client challenges.
• Coach consultants and lead consulting teams in the insurance business line.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Fundamental insight into the insurance market.
• 7–10 years of relevant consulting experience in the Financial Services sector.
• Experience conducting relevant projects, managing teams, and personally delivering consulting services.
• Proven business development skills with an entrepreneurial and self-starting approach.
• Dutch and English required; English proficiency is not otherwise specified.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to build expertise in these areas quickly.
• Experience developing thought-leadership materials such as case studies, expertise letters, or press articles.
