Delivery Manager (Agile)

Location: Remote in Colombia, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, or Uruguay

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD annually, plus a 10% annual bonus and equity options. Candidates outside the U.S. are paid the local-currency equivalent.

What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Manage backlogs, ticket flow, task definition, prioritization, and alignment with product goals.
• Coordinate communication between Product Owners, Product Managers, and Development teams.
• Identify delivery risks and impediments, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Analyze team performance metrics and implement continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate resources with team leads to balance workloads and meet project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or in a similar technology-focused role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing software development lifecycle processes.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools.

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
