What you will do
- Develop visual concepts and polished final designs from creative briefs.
- Create print materials including detail aids, leaflets, brochures, educational materials, advertisements, congress materials, exhibition graphics, and corporate communications.
- Design digital communications such as display advertising, email campaigns, landing pages, content hubs, website assets, interactive detail aids, and social campaign materials.
- Apply typography, layout, composition, imagery, hierarchy, brand guidelines, and production specifications across varied formats.
- Present design rationale and collaborate with developers, copywriters, medical writers, project managers, and account teams.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting creative, budget, timing, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Approximately 7+ years of professional design experience, including meaningful healthcare, pharmaceutical, or healthcare agency/studio experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, imagery, and visual problem-solving.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Confidence with print specifications, bleed, colour, image resolution, typography, and production-ready file preparation.
- Understanding of digital design principles, responsive environments, and HTML handoff constraints; coding is not required.
- Ability to work accurately within regulated healthcare communications and respond constructively to creative direction and feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience with Figma or similar digital design and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of digital production workflows and HTML capabilities and limitations.
