TL;DR
Senior Brand Designer (AI): Building and extending HASH’s visual language across sales, marketing, research communications, diagrams, editorial graphics, and selected web work with an accent on technical storytelling, information design, and reusable brand systems. Focus on translating knowledge graphs, simulations, and complex enterprise systems into clear visual narratives while collaborating with founders, engineers, marketers, and sales teams.
Location: London, UK; in-office
Salary: £65,000–£100,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do
- Design and improve company, sales, pilot, research, and presentation decks.
- Turn complex product and process concepts into clear diagrams, illustrations, and visual narratives.
- Create editorial graphics for blogs, newsletters, social campaigns, case studies, and reports.
- Build campaign systems, reusable templates, and modular components for non-designers.
- Extend the visual language across typography, layout, illustration, data visualization, screenshots, motion, and generated imagery.
- Collaborate with technical experts, Marketing, Sales, founders, researchers, and engineers to produce accurate and persuasive communications.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Strong examples of persuasive presentations and editorial or campaign systems.
- Ability to turn complex technical ideas into effective diagrams or illustrations.
- Systems thinking with the ability to build reusable components and templates.
- Speed, organization, and comfort managing multiple review cycles.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with founders, sellers, marketers, and engineers.
Nice to have
- Experience in brand or communications design for enterprise technology, AI, data infrastructure, developer tools, or scientific organizations.
- Experience with information design, technical illustration, data visualization, motion, Figma, Google Slides, or PowerPoint.
- Curiosity about AI, graphs, simulation, and complex enterprise systems.
