Midweight Designer (CPG / Packaging)

Location: London, with a hybrid approach requiring office attendance around four days a week

What you will do

• Develop creative visions and design solutions for medium-sized brand and packaging projects.
• Translate client briefs and business challenges into strong conceptual and visual work.
• Create integrated design deliverables across digital, print, experiential, and other channels.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, production teams, and partner groups to maintain design continuity.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, design critiques, and delivery standards independently and collaboratively.
• Use AI tools to improve creative efficiency and speed.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a brand or design agency.
• Strong creative excellence, conceptual thinking, and ability to develop innovative design ideas.
• Ability to integrate brand messaging, colour, imagery, typography, composition, and other assets into final deliverables.
• Strong technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, AI tools, and traditional design and hand-sketching techniques.
• Knowledge of current and emerging creative and design trends, including cultural, economic, political, and environmental influences.
• Skills in motion graphics and digital design for dynamic visual content across digital platforms.
