Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

  • Provide application support for complex IT systems and maintain system stability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application functionality and user experience.
  • Maintain technical process documentation and incident reports.
  • Deploy updates and patches in line with quality standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations supporting 24/7 operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, tools, and monitoring platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Good command of English.
  • Communicative French.
  • Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

  • Certifications related to IT support or system administration.
  • Experience in an international or multilingual environment.
