Premier Client Advisor (Property & Casualty Insurance)

What you will do

• Service and manage assigned Tier 1 Premier client accounts while maintaining at least 95% client retention.
• Provide personal lines property and casualty insurance expertise, identify new exposures, and solve client coverage needs.
• Manage new business onboarding, communication plans, policy reviews, welcome materials, and corrections with clients and carriers.
• Lead pre-renewal activities, annual risk assessments, renewal meetings, proposals, and additional coverage or market recommendations.
• Execute policy renewals, issue proof of insurance, deliver or cancel policies, and prevent coverage lapses.
• Respond to underwriters and support clients with first reports of claims and carrier coordination.

Requirements

• Up to five years of experience in personal lines property and casualty insurance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty coverages, underwriting, and rating concepts.
• Active state Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and keep current with insurance products, legislation, technology, and industry developments.

Nice to have

• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPRIA, or CPCU, or an intention to pursue one.
• Knowledge of Sagitta and WorkSmart.
