Workday Consulting Senior Manager (SCM)

Location: Remote, United States; Chicago - 550 Van Buren. Travel up to 50% may be required for client and internal project work.

Salary: $165,000–$1,900,000 base salary range as stated. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation, is $198,000–$228,000.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing engagements from pursuit through delivery.
• Lead and architect Workday Contract Lifecycle Management and Strategic Sourcing implementations.
• Manage project workstreams, analyze data, and develop impactful recommendations.
• Advise clients on contracting processes, including authoring, negotiation workflows, approvals, renewals, and compliance.
• Lead teams, mentor consultants, and contribute to practice development and organizational administration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and working with business users.
• Required experience leading and architecting Workday CLM and Strategic Sourcing implementations.
• 5+ years of experience leading project workstreams and client engagements with little to no supervision.
• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or hands-on Workday application experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, enterprise cloud solution, mentoring, and client leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading and architecting Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts, and Inventory.
