Senior Consultant - Indirect Spend (Healthcare)

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel to meet client needs is required.

Estimated hiring range: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead multiple indirect spend advisory engagements from planning through implementation.
• Analyze spend, contract, supplier, and market data to identify opportunities and develop recommendations.
• Manage supplier contracts, renewals, negotiations, pricing, performance, compliance, and adoption.
• Develop strategic sourcing initiatives, including requests for proposal, market assessments, and supplier evaluations.
• Facilitate client leadership meetings, supplier reviews, governance discussions, and issue resolution.
• Oversee onboarding, contract activation, implementation, client relationships, and guidance for less experienced consultants.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in consulting, healthcare, indirect spend management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or purchased services.
• Knowledge of supplier negotiations, contract management, sourcing events, requests for proposal, contract activation, and adoption improvement.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, data visualization, business intelligence, project management, executive presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and respond promptly to client needs and timetables.

• Experience supporting healthcare organizations, health systems, hospital networks, or complex multi-site environments.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence tools to workflows, analysis, or project deliverables while maintaining data confidentiality and validating outputs.
