Site HPIE Manager (AI Server)

What you will do

• Lead the site Hardware Product Integrity Engineering organization, including incoming quality control, metrology, failure analysis, and manufacturing quality.
• Own site quality metrics, quality escapes, yield improvement initiatives, and customer-impacting quality issues.
• Manage dimensional and electrical metrology, calibration systems, measurement system analysis, and inspection readiness.
• Lead mechanical and electrical failure analysis for servers, racks, cable assemblies, connectors, and electromechanical systems.
• Drive root cause corrective action using structured problem-solving methods and partner with supplier, manufacturing, product, and test engineering teams.
• Support product introductions, manufacturing ramps, and capacity expansion while mentoring engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, quality engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in hardware quality, manufacturing quality, failure analysis, metrology, reliability engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience.
• Experience with server, storage, networking, electronics, or data center hardware manufacturing.
• Knowledge of incoming quality control, metrology and measurement systems, mechanical and electrical failure analysis, RCCA/CAPA, statistical quality and process control, and manufacturing quality systems.
• Certain positions may require U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain an export control license or license exception.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI servers, GPUs, HPC, networking, or rack-level data center products.
• Experience working with EMS, ODM, and global supply chain partners.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ CQE certification.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and reliability testing methodologies.
