Systems Engineering Integration & Test Lead, Public Sector

Location: Classified government environments, including SCIFs and air-gapped networks; on-site support is required for demonstration events.

Salary: $166,400–$249,000 USD annually, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead multiple software demonstration efforts from concept through customer demonstration and after-action reporting.
• Translate mission needs, CONOPS, and use cases into system requirements, demo objectives, and success criteria.
• Own system architecture and interface definitions with the Chief Engineer and Chief Architect across software, data, and third-party or government-furnished components.
• Build and execute integration and test plans, procedures, and verification matrices.
• Plan demonstration events, including environment setup, rehearsals, readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and on-site support.
• Manage technical risk, configuration baselines, change control, and technical reviews while presenting to customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience, including 5+ years integrating and testing software-intensive systems.
• 3+ years as a technical lead on DoD or IC programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering software demonstrations, prototypes, or rapid capabilities to government customers.
• Strong experience with requirements management, verification and validation, interface control, and RMF/ATO processes.
• Experience in classified environments, including SCIFs, air-gapped networks, and cross-domain constraints, required.
