Supervisor, Facilities Management

Location: Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States; regular and predictable on-site attendance required

Salary: $56,800–$91,675 per year, plus benefits and 401(k) contribution

What you will do

• Maintain facility infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, building automation, fire protection, security, access control, and video surveillance.
• Create maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, assign work orders, manage preventive maintenance and inspections, and monitor facility operations.
• Coordinate contracted services and trades, ensuring contract compliance and effective support for facility needs.
• Plan and manage minor capital projects, including new installations and renovations.
• Respond to after-hours security and facility emergencies, including traveling to the site and coordinating police or additional support when necessary.
• Support mailroom and receiving operations, health and safety compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, including directing and training building and grounds maintenance personnel.
• Experience managing capital projects from planning and costing through approval, scheduling, and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines and communicate effectively with employees, contractors, management, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work weekends, off-shift hours, and additional hours as needed.
• Ability to work on site in Olive Branch and follow the assigned shift or schedule is required.
